Is he English?  I thought he was an Assie.  Either way, he is great at the Job (remember, you will be flying along at 120K)
The world is coming to an end, I've actually created a blog!

Yeh I was there yesterday with my friend and his 14 year daugher her first time to the park and he hasn't been since around 1988.Got them on all the "big rides" they liked it. After he seen all that you get for a season pass he wants to buy 4 next year (they paid one free one $15).
But
That is how all Ops should be plus it makes the time go by much faster when your having fun. Ride ops like that deserve a bonus, money talks and it gives the public a more welcome/fun atmosphere and Great for overall moral.
