H:XLC, yes it's surely possible since it's acceleration rate isn't much higher than Kingda Ka's. But Dodonpa...not sure about that one,

It's like an additional G of acceleration force.  You're still around 1G under the body's threshold for acceleration Gs with that though.

H:XLC? It's surely not a G more than KK's launch. KK's launch is about 1.7 g's and H:XLC only accelerates a few MPH faster per second

H:XLC: 44.4444444 MPH/Second
KK: 36.5714286 MPH/Second

I was referring to Dodonpa's launch.  Dodonpa's launch is ~2.6Gs (on average), and people can withstand a bit more than 1G than that towards their back.
