I went on Fly me to the moon yesterday and I thought of a question...

Which was your favorite motion simulator?

The Right Stuff, then Escape from Dino Island.  SpongeBob was fun, but definitely took the third spot.  Elvira's Superstition is fun, but lack of 3D makes it Fourth for me...barely.  Fly Me is the worst simulator I've been on, aside from one at a carnival.

The Right Stuff.  It was also the only simulator in that building that actually had a theme that fit.

Actually, looking back at these photos, I forgot just how awesome of a job they did on theme.  This photo is a particular favorite - http://greatadventurehistory.com/GARides/RightStuff/19940239.jpg

This page has everything you want to know - http://greatadventurehistory.com/RightStuff.htm

That picture right there was half the reason it was my favorite movie they had in that theater.  The amazing experience that the 4D movie was is the other half, lol.

Damn that is a pretty sexy themed simulator. I remember the planes back when I use to go to the park as a child. Such a shame they didn't keep it around pretty much piled all these upcharge rides on and around it.

Dino Island...II? I don't remember there being more than one, but I remember liking the one they played every time I rode it or worked it.

I think Dino Island was actually called Dino Islands 2 if I'm not mistaken. "We've got to find Tony!"

Yeah, that sucks about Chiller...I hate to see it like that. Hey, so we should get a group picture or something ok. I'll call you later!
