I went on Pirates Hideaway for the first time tonight and I can't even describe how pathetic it is. The seats are extremely small; I could barely get the lap bar down over my knees. The lift hits the train when it begins to push the train up the hill and there are brakes in really random places. At the end of the ride, the train violently whips around a turn before the brakes bring the train to an abrupt halt and the lap bar automatically flies up. The lap bar scraped my leg when it flew open. The funniest thing about the ride is that there is an on-ride photo. It just makes me laugh...
