Interesting no one mentioned that letter that he read in the call before.  Very interesting.  That was a pretty bold move on Shapiro's part- I like that.  I don't just like it because it shows he "has nothing to hide", but it also shows that he does indeed care about what his customers say.  I wonder what Six Flags park that was in the letter.
