But I wouldn't exactly say it was causing "havoc" as his title would suggest.  I'm curious how the stricter enforcement of these policies will work with summer crowds in July.

Really, any shirt should be good to wear as long as it dont have curses or gangs

That was pretty bad.  I don't think he should have been allowed in because it is pretty graphic (even as a cartoon), but the swastika probably should have been stopped.  I personally liken that to gang regalia.  The bikini-clad women, that's borderline stuff there.  Emo kids, well, that's...whatever. While I do agree that he shouldn't have brought that shirt in, I don't think that he warranted all of that attention.
