Board Skins

Is there any way you can bring back the different board skins like you had over at central?

its a plug in for this baord.. if you go to the phpbb website or even search for it there should be a plug in of some sort.  now optional.. im not sure how it works.

You upload the skin to the FTP server in the skins folder. The admin then can activate it through the control panel and it is then available for the user to choose through his/her profile or the admin can set it as default.

We actually had 3 skins loaded since the very first day of Updates.  However, we quickly learned that not all features or mods work in all skins so they were removed (just last week actually).

I plan to add a few more mods and will then be re-evaluating the skins to see what works and what doesn't.  

By far the most popular "feature" missing from many skins is the "view posts since last visit" which many members complained about so I defaulted the board back to the subsilver skin that comes with PHPBB.

I'll let you know when they are ready.  I have no problem posting as many as you want

Honestly, I don't know how people keep up with boards without the "Posts since last visit" link!

My shortcut for almost all my forums are directly to that link!

I just realized last night, "What happened to all the skins?"  And, I along with most of oyu would die without the view posts since last visit button.  Just take your time Wade, no rush here.
