WOW  I can't believe it that is a major addition. Very cool but will it be a seperate admission or will it be part of regular park addmission? If it is part of regular admission coun't me in for a trip to HP next summer !!

Hershey I think is heading where Gadv wishes they were 5 years ago.  A complete resort destination.  Way to go Hershey!  This makes total complete sense and should be a outstanding addition.

Another perfect example that you don't have to build a 35 million dollar coaster to bring in the crowds.

That looks absolutely amazing.

Not only the waterpark but the fact that you can pre-order family 4 packs of tickets for only $100. That's only $25 per person. Can't beat that.

Were getting ours and trying to figure out when to go next year. I guess it will depend on when it's actually done.

well, the coaster in the renderings looks like the turnaround on Lightning Racer I think?

^ I was thinking the same thing. That makes sense if they are building it starting near Roller Soaker. That side of the park from Roller Soaker to Lightning Racer (from what I can remember) didn't have much.

Hershey is just out for change and renovation right now. Someone is giving them the ultimate update. They even changed their fourth grade science project better known as Chocolate World. Everything is 3-D now more of an (informational) ride then a lazy tour. They even brought their own Bull going by the name of Milton along with three cows to keep him company
When your park is 100yrs old you need to do something to make it new and exciting to people. I think Hershey is great the way it is but I really hope it is a coaster there is nothing like a new ride!
Side note Milton used to be Hue like Hue Hefner and his three girlfriends

I dont think hershey needs a new coaster for the next few seasons.  GADV had the coaster world covered when it comes to the east.  Unless something new and interesting hits the market, i dont really think were going to see ANY new coaster installations for a few years anywhere.

knoebels flying turns will be the last around here, thats just what i think.

I think this is an excellent excellent addition to Hersheypark. This ended up being so much more than I expected, and I've overwhelmed at what the park has put together.

Here's my understanding of the new "Boardwalk" section of the park...

The entrance will be between Tidal Force and Canyon River Rapids. The entrance's to both of these rides are being reconfigured to the Boardwalk area. Then, you will go down into the Roller Soaker area which will probably remain the same. Then, you will be hit with the new attractions, all lined up by Lightning Racer all the way down to the Wild Mouse. I can't wait to see this thing when it's all complete! I really can't believe they are going to fit all of that into one space!
