Oh, the Ti Kwon Do :-) It was suggested to us for stress relief, excerise and disipline. I gave the butts 4 years ago, but I still have the weight gain from it. My Doctor noticed since I started the Ti Kwon Do, my breathing capacity has gone up , and the weight went down a little. The Doctor approves of the routine , he wants me to shed the spare tire , and this seems to be doing it.
It does seem kind of hard to believe, me excersise , right LOL. A true sight to see, is me in my kamona :-)
