It looks steel because of the over hang on the lift. I'm Thinking it's a Togo stand up since he just got back from Japan. I really have no clue. That orange train looks pretty big that might help someone out.

Yes it's a coaster. Japan has something to do with it. It's a steel, and made by Schwartzcopf!
