Looks like a Cyclone clone. I'll go with the Georgia Cyclone at Six Flags Over Georgia.

The wood on the supports looked very new, and that was the only mine train with wood supports built recently that I know of.

Nope... Ghost Rider wouldnt really have the wooded area around it... I'll give clues... It's pretty large, in the US, and is in a big park chain...
