I think SFA has lots of potential and enough land to make some great use of the park. I hear it is pretty crappy with theming/atmosphere/landscaping, etc... If they could fix that up over next few years, the park would in a good position.

I think Sfa biggest problem is their ride-ops, closed rides and one train operations on Roar.  I went opening day last year and it was a mess. I  do how ever think they have a great main street, nice landscaping in some areas and a free water park. It also helps that the Redskins play down the street so more advertising could help this park out.
