Didnt we just have a whole thing on not to do three word posts?!!!

That's why. I enjoy the off-topic banter, but the big dogs want to keep this forum on topic and free of unnecessary posts.

Yeah, My bad. I still think there are some positives with the new trains, but I hope the smoothness doesn't affect the ride much(or at all).

PB & J on flax seed bread is my favourite pre-voyage snack.

In all seriousness I'm making my voyage debut June 4th 2010. I'm sure some of you will be there too. Back on topic, disaster adverted.

The park opened May 1.

With a single PTC train on Voyage.  The other has already been shipped to Predator, as I understand it.

Yes. And the old trains should have been replaced long ago, as they have a design defect that was rectified over 15 years ago on other woodies that had the same trains.

I wonder how many will get that.

The gravity of it all has been revisited.  And the newest Timberliners from that group even steer!

Not looking good for Timberliners at HoliWood Nights.

The park doesn't expect the trains to be ready until
after Memorial Day. And apparently Will Koch suggested there is only about a 40% chance of the new trains being ready for HoliWood Nights.

I'm really hoping somehow we get to ride one of them and the PTC, but I'm happy for the chance to ride the original Voyage again.

While I'm happy either way to be there, I'm afraid my bad back may not tolerate more than 1 or 2 rides :(.  Bummer.

As long as it is running.
It would be nice to have more than 1 train though.
We will see how my back survives!

Even with one train, it won't have more than a 15 minute wait during ERT.

Ken, it's really no worse than Boulder Dash (just longer), so I think you will be fine.
