The chainsaw thing that they did like 5 years ago. They had the zombies hide in random places and pop out with the chainsaw(no chains for safety) at full song. That and make the park open later than 11 pm

We'll have a full preview of Fright Fest up soon since I just received the press kit.  It looks to me like there actually are a few good improvements this year :).

Could modify the Chiller station but if we are talking only for Frightfest, then obviously it wouldn't work.

It could go anywhere. We're not shy of empty space ;-)

The boardwalk could use a nice darkride. Frontier Adventures seems like a nice place for a nice Haunted Mansion too. Fantasy Forest kinda already has one!!!

That could be a little too much. They still have to keep "family" as a part of Fright fest. Who would want their 5-7 year old kid looking at a ride with dead bodies hanging from it, that and people would think something bad has happened

Well you'd have to pretty stupid to think there are real dead people hanging from El Toro's sign and I remember the one year they had the dead bodies hanging from the Dusa Bridge lamp posts. It's something like that.

they should take a few pointers from SFNE and Lake Compounce
ALL THEY NEED TO DO IT   MAKE IT DARK

the haunted trail a few years ago wasn't scary because you could see light shinning in from "other areas"
so you can see whats coming up
when its dark you really don't even need to much effects the dark is the effect

this is what I remember from SFNE  it wasn't much but it was dark where it needed to be

stay open a little later or at least some of the haunted attractions  after waiting in those long lines its already time to close (mostly near Halloween) or go when its a drizzle and get on everything a few times
Yo

The last few years the hayride was not good at all. It was better when it was an outside company.
