Yes, it does have upstop wheels to prevent it from coming off. That's why you don't come off, lol. It's not required for the upstops to be tight to the rails though.
/\ He's alive! Seriously though - that's exactly right. And most of you have probably heard that sound it makes going over the hills which is simply the train riding on the upstops.
