Has anyone here ever been to Camelbeach waterpark? If so, how was it? We're thinking of going there for the first time in a couple weeks.

I know Dave Johnson(friend of Matt from El Toro) used to work there, but I can't find his e-mail address to ask him about it. He might even still work there. I bet Matt's probably been there.

I stopped going after they removed their amazing Alpine Slide. The water park was fairly awesome back then and from what I hear, they have added a lot since then.

I go skiing here in the winter but never did the Summer thing
its neat how they cover up the lazy river then blow snow over the whole area
They fill the Lazy river with giant plastic drums / barrels then cover with plywood then blow snow over the whole area
Also up in Scanton they just Open (or soon will) a new Water parkcall sno cove at the old Montage Ski area Now named Sno mountain
I want to check this place out since it has or will soon a Zip Line that will run from the top of the mpountsin to the parking lot at speeds up to 65 mph

Hey Sue,
I went there about 4 years ago with my family on vacation in the Poconos. It was a fun place. They have since added a few more attractions and slides. It was my first time ever on a "bowl" slide, even thought they're everywhere now. The park is spread out along the side of the mountain but it's definately worth a visit. The ski lift is open too and you can have lunch at the summit which is nice.

Thanks Pete!
I just talked to a former co-worker who was just there within the last couple of days. She said they all liked it much more than Wildwater Kingdom, especially since "it didn't attract the scumbags like Dorney Park does".
