If guests were messing up the projector screen, the TV is definitely a terrible move, unless they protected it in some way.  I would have to think of the money spent on replacing that due to vandalism.

UGH! So much would be solved by collaborating with Entertainment to have an actor conduct the Pre-Show!!!
