I think Six Flags and Kentucky Kingdom are really fortunate that the lawyers didn't decide to request this information kept private until Spring right near opening day.  Six Flags has a chance to get through this season with this put behind them from a PR perspective.  Obviously the hearings, lawsuits and the VERY REAL pain and suffering will go on for a looonnnnggg time though.
